This class is presented with a gameshow format similar to the popular TV show Jeopardy. All of the key topics are broken into categories, participants are broken into teams, and each team will have the opportunity to answer questions about the key topics in exchange for a point-based tracking system. Washington State Law required all broker’s license renewal to include a specific 6 hour course in fair housing and consumer protection as part of their 30 hours of continuing education. This is required for license renewals immediately following June 1, 2022 required 30 hours of continuing education. Broker’s are only required to take this course once, but it is an essential topic worth reviewing every couple of years. We recommend that all real estate firms host this class for all of their brokers to attend in the off season or during firm retreats.
