This is COREPARTY! Before every license renewal, Brokers are required to take CORE (WAC 308-124A-800). The curriculum is determined by the Department of Licensing. Most Brokers believe they already know everything that is discussed in the CORE class. It’s time to challenge yourself and your fellow Brokers to prove that you already understand what the current issues are!
This class is presented with a gameshow format similar to the popular TV show Jeopardy. All of the key topics are broken into categories, participants are broken into teams, and each team will have the opportunity to answer questions about the key topics in exchange for a point-based tracking system. Will your team prove that you truly know what all of the current issues are? Bring your friends and find out!

Real Estate Brokers are responsible for knowing Washington State laws. Following the law is essential to proper business practice. The National Association of REALTORS® requires members to take Code of Ethics training every 3 years. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. This course will focus on the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and compare it to Washington state license law.
