Washington Administrative Code, (WAC 308-124A-802) requires that a broker’s license renewal must include a specific 3 hour course in fair housing and consumer protection as part of their 30 hours of continuing education.

Evergreen Professional Training, Inc. will be offering this course in-person, presented by DJ Henn.  This course will fulfill the fair housing and consumer protection requirement for your next renewal.

This class is presented with a gameshow format similar to the popular TV show Jeopardy.  All of the key topics are broken into categories, participants are broken into teams, and each team will have the opportunity to answer questions about the key topics in exchange for a point-based tracking system.  Will your team prove that you truly know what all of the current issues are?  Bring your friends and find out!
